Information collected
ClaimPilot stores account information, application answers, feedback, transactional-email delivery metadata, and technical security records needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
How information is used
Information is used to save progress, generate requested forms, confirm account ownership, support secure login and recovery, provide customer support, and improve the claimant experience.
Sharing
ClaimPilot does not submit your application to SSA. Service providers may process limited information needed to host the application, process payments, deliver transactional email, and operate support services. ClaimPilot may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You may request account or data deletion through the account page or by contacting support@claimpilotapp.com, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
Security
ClaimPilot uses safeguards including email verification, one-time login codes, revocable sessions, rate limits, and protected password recovery. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Email safety
Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, banking information, passwords, or security codes by email. ClaimPilot support will not ask you to email those items.
