Terms of Use
These terms describe the ClaimPilot account, guidance, and application-preparation service.
Service scope
ClaimPilot provides educational guidance and tools for preparing Social Security disability starter forms. ClaimPilot is not the Social Security Administration, does not submit claims on your behalf, does not make eligibility decisions, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of your answers and generated forms before signing or submitting anything. You are also responsible for deciding what information to provide and for following official SSA submission instructions.
No outcome guarantee
Use of ClaimPilot does not guarantee acceptance, eligibility, benefit approval, payment amount, or processing time.
Payments and application access
Claim Discovery is available without purchase. ClaimPilot Complete is a one-time purchase for the specific application identified at checkout. It is not a subscription. A full refund may revoke paid access to that application while preserving account and application records subject to the Privacy Notice and deletion requests.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to submit false information, access another person's account or application without permission, attempt to bypass payment or security controls, or interfere with the service.
Changes to the service
ClaimPilot may improve or change features over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
